Parcel delivery

All products available for ordering in the online shop are generally in stock and are handed over to our external logistics partners within 48 hours (on working days).

You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been dispatched by SANDICCA. Upon request, continuous Track & Trace service is also available. You can request this separately during the ordering process.

Orders sent by standard delivery are dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

The standard delivery time from dispatch by SANDICCA is generally 3–5 working days for Austria and 3–7 working days for deliveries to Germany.

Depending on the parcel service provider, goods are delivered in Austria from Monday to Friday, and in metropolitan areas also on Saturdays. As standard, two delivery attempts are made.

If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be held for at least 5 working days at currently more than 1,800 post offices in Austria.

In November and December, minor delays may occur due to increased parcel volumes.

 

Where we ship

At present, shipments are made within Austria and to the Federal Republic of Germany. The prices for all SANDICCA products offered in the online shop apply ex SANDICCA warehouse without deduction. All expenses arising from shipping, including any import or export duties, are borne by the buyer. Unfortunately, delivery to parcel stations is not possible.

 

 

Taxes and duties

For a delivery address outside Austria, prices may change due to differing taxes and duties. In accordance with the small-business regulation pursuant to Section 6 (1) no. 27 UStG, the prices of goods offered in the SANDICCA online shop are gross prices in euros and include all statutory taxes and duties for deliveries within Austria. Any packaging and shipping costs are not included. The general terms and conditions in their respectively applicable version shall apply.

 

Packaging materials

SANDICCA’s packaging materials follow our integrated SANDICCA sustainability conceptverde. All sustainably produced shipping cartons and filling materials can be disposed of in public collection containers. With our resource-conserving integrated packaging concept, we not only provide the greatest possible safety for your ordered SANDICCA products, but also take responsibility together with you for our environment and future generations.
