Our sea buckthorn leaf tea First Flush is carefully hand-picked during the first harvest of the year in the SANDICCA gardens to prevent damage to the leaves.
We use only whole leaves, predominantly from new shoots, which account for around 15 percent of all the leaves on a sea buckthorn shrub. During processing, we take great care not to tear the leaves in order to preserve their valuable ingredients.
