Quality and sensory characteristics
Sea buckthorn is a complex fruit. Similar to the olive, its pulp contains a flavor-contributing fat component: sea buckthorn fruit pulp oil. Products of natural origin may exhibit color changes or cloudiness. After standing for a longer period, the product may tend toward slight sedimentation or creaming. This is a quality characteristic.
Shake well before use.
