Our health is our most valuable asset – this realization has been my “companion” for many years. This also includes our diet, and the quality of the food we consume plays a particularly important role in this.
Fresh products, produced sustainably – in my opinion, this is particularly important.
Another important aspect for me is contact with the people around me, and above all, the way we interact with one another.
