How it works
With every order in the SANDICCA web shop you automatically collect loyalty points – and turn them into real savings. You can see your balance and your vouchers in your account at any time.
Collect points
For every euro of goods value (net, excl. VAT and shipping) you get 1 loyalty point – automatically with every order.
Redeem points
100 loyalty points become a voucher worth €6. You can find your vouchers in your account at any time.
Long validity
Your loyalty points stay valid for 12 months. We remind you by email in good time before they expire.
The rules

Good to know
Points are earned on the net value of goods, not on shipping costs. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be paid out. If you return something, we deduct the corresponding points again.
Participation & opting out
Participation is independent of the SANDICCA newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the points reminders at any time – via the unsubscribe link in each of these emails or in your account. Your points are kept when you do. If you want to end the whole loyalty programme, you can do that at any time in your account without giving reasons; open points then expire.
Your data
For your loyalty account we store your name, your date of birth, your email address and your orders. This lets us credit points and issue vouchers. We need your email address so that you do not lose points to expiry – and so that you receive a small birthday surprise from us.
Controller
The controller is SANDICCA GmbH, Sommersgut 55, 8254 Wenigzell, Austria, together with the service providers we commission. We do not pass your data on to third parties for advertising purposes. More in our privacy policy.
